Chillin’ Out Ice Cream Sundaes by Sookie Stackhouse

TBS04E02.avi_001834400I’ve been out in Georgia all week for a film shoot, and after a 4.5 hour flight home I was in the mood to chill out, watch some netflix, and eat something sweet and delicious.  And how can you go wrong with an ice cream sundae?

Everything about this sundae is amazing.  For example, the first step is to eat 1/3 of a pint of ice cream.  Okay, don’t twist my arm already!

And then all of the ingredients are piled into the now 1/3 empty pint – crumbled cookies, chopped strawberries, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream.

There’s an option to add toasted pecans as well, but it’s been a helluva week and between driving and flying I just spent 10 hours traveling.  I’m not about to make more work for myself!20190712_200921

Final step?  Grab 2 spoons and share with a friend 🙂

Taste: 10/10

Of course it’s 10/10.  Did you see those ingredients?

Difficulty: Easy

Pretty darn simple!  Crumble cookies, chop strawberries, eat 1/3 of a pint of ice cream…it’s certainly not rocket science.

Cost: Average

You’ll need 1 pint of vanilla ice cream, pralines or pecan shortbread cookies, strawberries, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and optional toasted pecans.
