The Cauliflower’s Cumin from Inside the House Burger
Life has been CRAZY this past month, but there was no way I wasn’t going to make at least one good Halloween meal before the month is up.
Luckily, Bob’s Burgers had the perfect option 🙂
The cauliflower is cooked first with this recipe. You start by wrapping it in a clean kitchen towel and then BANGING it against the counter to separate all the florets. This was so much fun, and I might find some other cauliflower recipes to add to my list just so I can do this again!
The cauliflower is then tossed with olive oil and baked in the oven.
Once cooked, the cauliflower is mashed with a fork and mixed with milk, cilantro, cumin, and lime juice.
Ground beef is then formed into patties and cooked, with lime juice and pepper jack cheese being added once they’re almost done.
Finally, build the burger! Bottom bun, lettuce, cheeseburger, tomato, cauliflower mash, and top bun.
Taste: 9/10
This was really good! The cumin was extra delicious, but I do wish I could taste the lime a bit more.

Nothing overly difficult with this recipe, but I wouldn’t call it easy either.
