Bacon Taco Pizza

This was a nice and easy pizza to make, and has relatively few ingredients (7).

First, the pizza dough is cooked according to package directions.  This is not just the pre-bake directions, but baking the entire crust completely as if it had toppings on it.

While the pizza dough cooks, the cream cheese and taco seasoning are combined fully.  This is then spread all over the cooled pizza crust, and the rest of the ingredients are piled on top.

Taste: 8/10

This was tasty, but the seasoning was too much.  I’d probably half the amount of seasoning used if I made this again.  It was also pretty messy, though that has nothing to do with taste (i.e. tomato and lettuce pieces kept falling off while we were eating).

The toppings are easy to prepare – aside from cooking the bacon, they just involve chopping.  The “sauce” only involves mixing the seasoning and cream cheese together, and the crust is baked according to the package directions.

Cost: Average

You’ll need pizza dough, cream cheese, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
