Joe’s Fruit-Yogurt Pops
As with most popsicles, these are very simple to make!

The fruit and lemon juice are thrown into a blender, pureed, and then pressed through a sieve to remove the big chunks. Then back into the blender it goes, along with yogurt and sugar.
Finally, it’s poured into molds and put into the freezer until frozen solid.

These were very tasty! Mostly they had the flavor of banana, strawberry, and yogurt. I was surprised that sugar was added. I don’t imagine it’s something that the health-buff nanny would put into Joe’s popsicles. The fruit already has sugar in it, and why add more sugar to a toddler’s diet?
