Cheese Ball of Death

Who doesn’t love cheese, amiright?20181014_095957

Ok, both my grandmother and my Uncle Steve don’t like cheese…but most people love it, so this is sure to go over well!

And to top it off, it’s a VERY easy recipe to make!

Combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

Then wrap it all up into a ball inside a large piece of plastic wrap, and put in the freezer for about an hour.

Finally, before serving, cover the whole thing in black sesame seeds and serve with dark crackers.

Taste: 9/10

My husband gives this a full 10/10, but I thought the goat cheese was a little bit too strong for my taste.  I would have used less goat cheese and more cream cheese.

It was still very good though!

Just combine everything in a bowl, wrap it up, and freeze it.  The hardest part will be pressing the sesame seeds into the cheese ball.

Cost: Average

You’ll need to purchase cream cheese, goat cheese, parsley, chives, black sesame seeds, and dark crackers.
