Coffee Frappe
This one is a very simple recipe to make, and I can definitely see Lynette whipping one of these up as a mini treat on an otherwise hectic day.
The very minor prep required for this recipe is freezing your leftover coffee into ice cubes. Then it’s just a matter of blending those coffee cubes with milk, evaporated milk, and sugar.
Taste: 10/10
I actually don’t drink coffee much because I don’t like the flavor. I did have a sip of this, and it wasn’t half bad, but I let my husband be the judge of how good it is. He LOVED it, and compared it to a latte. It really is more milk than coffee, and it’s quite sweet!
Difficulty: Easy
Toss in blender and blend!
Cost: Cheap
You’re using leftover coffee, so that shouldn’t be an added cost here. And you probably already have milk and sugar in your fridge and pantry, so really the only added cost is the evaporated milk.
