20190512_160727After finishing up an extremely long and busy couple of weeks at work, and looking at three more coming up…I needed a good drink this Memorial Day.  I actually had a margarita, but since we had the ingredients on hand it seemed like the perfect time to test this recipe as well!  My husband loves Bloody Marys and Caesars, so I knew he’d appreciate this one.

Tequila, tomato juice, horseradish, Tabasco sauce, and pickled jalapeno juice are combined in a shaker.  Then lime juice and salt are stirred in before pouring into a glass.

Final step: a pickled jalapeno for garnish!

Taste: 10/10

My husband loved this!  He said it’s “spicy and delicious!”

Just mix everything together and pour into a glass!

You’ll need tequila, tomato juice, horseradish, tabasco sauce, pickled jalapenos, lime, and salt.
